Terms & Conditions for our 2019 Holiday stays in our accommodations
The Terms & Conditions of the booking process through to staying in our Caravans or Lodge here at white acres holiday park is as follows.
To secure a date in a Caravan is £70 and £100 in our Lodge, this is per week. We will call this your Deposit. The Deposit is then used as part of the final balance to deduct of.
The Deposit is not Refundable if you change your mind and Cancel after 10 days, from paying the Deposit. If you Cancel within 10 days we are more than Happy to Refund your deposit, so it gives us a chance to re-advertise the holiday week or slot.
The Final Balance is to be Cleared or Paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
Sometimes if the Caravan or Lodge is at its Maximum whilst Booking, we will ask for a Breakage Bond of £50. This will be paid straight back to you within 5 days, when once the caravan has been checked by us or our team of professional cleaners and they find No Breakages, Damage, Marks Scratches, Stains on Duvets, Pillows or Loss of anything from the whole of the Caravan or Lodge after your departure. This is to help each and every customer who stay in our accommodations have a Fantastic Faultless experience during there holiday.
