Just thought I would write after all the times we have been down and stayed in your accommodation to say thank you for the great holidays we have.
From the initial enquiries of dates and availability from you it is a lovely process with options of accommodation given for our dates and so friendly.
The text message the night before we travel both to and from to wish us a safe journey is just that extra thing that makes the holidays (even though we never want to go home).
Each time we get there the accommodation is ready (much earlier than Parkdean check in times) and lovely and clean, which means we can start our holiday straight away and not be waiting around for hours.
If we have ever had a problem with the accommodation we have let you know and you or your trade team you use have been there ASAP and sorted the problems out.
Your accommodation is dog friendly and ours love the wrap around decking you have and love their zoomies
We would have no hesitation to recommend you to anyone thinking of booking with and in honesty wouldn’t really want to book with anyone else.
We will be in touch again before out next holiday in September 😊

I own a caravan next to and near to Mrs Dunkley’s caravans and have done for the last 7 years.
I would like to state that I have no hesitation in recommending her caravans to my friends and family a number of whom have rented from her in the past, and would definitely rent again in the future.
In my experience and that of my friends and family her caravans have always been clean, comfortable, welcoming and affordable . As owners they are very attentive to the cleanliness of their vans especially as they clean the caravans themselves.

Hi Sally,
Further to our telephone conversation earlier today, I would just like to say I have not dealt with another holiday rental service that was as thorough, helpful & friendly But, remaining professional as yourselves.
Your mobile units we have had the pleasure to stay in have always been totally spotless with ultra clean bathrooms, Kitchens & bedrooms. The duvets and pillows are in excellent condition and the mattresses are like new. The facilities like kitchen utensils, cooker and microwave also look as new! And all are top brands, including the TV’s, microwave, kettle etc.
We always rest assured that when we rent one of your caravans, we know it will be a pleasure to stay in and have no fear of finding unclean or unwanted things in there (like dog hairs etc.).

Hi all, just come back from my 3 weeks at white acres holiday park Newquay. After being let down on my booking years ago I had to find another van that’s when I found Sal and Paul, now after 8 years later we are still going back to the caravans, they are spotless and the rooms are aired and fresh. The floor, bed’s, toilet, shower are clean and shinning and the bedding is neat and crisp and clean and the couple Sal & Paul do over and beyond, also will bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your stay, nothing is to much trouble for them.
Here’s hoping for many years to come. Malc Lucy and Fay the dog.

Hi, We’ve recently returned from a week’s holiday at White Acres holiday park just outside Newquay, Cornwall. We stayed as a party of 5 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. On arrival both units were ready. Firstly, we went to the van that my daughter was staying in, wow it was beautiful ! Then we went to the lodge that we were staying in. Firstly, what a beautiful location, 2 parking bays and wonderful outside decking area. On opening the lodge door, we were gobsmacked, absolutely amazing, a real home from home. There was so many home from home gadgets, sandwich toaster and all the plates and glasses that you could wish for. The dishwasher and washing machine were absolute godsends. Both units were so clean and so well presented. Between us we had 3 dogs in these dog friendly units. You’d never have known that either had ever had dogs in them before. The communication between Sal and myself, prior to and afterwards was the best I’d ever encountered. Thank you so much for the use of your properties and we’d love to return. The best holiday with my children and grandchildren, thank you so much Sal
